We're Bananas over Back to School!

Bring a friend and come to The Reserve's 2nd clubhouse (the clubhouse in the 2nd pool area) on Saturday, August 14th at noon to enjoy swimming and Back to School Banana Splits!

Between 12:00 and 1:30 pm we'll be dishing up delicious ice cream treats to satisfy your sweet tooth before summer's end.

The Reserve's Annual Summer Luau was a wonderful success!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by for some FUN in the SUN!!! Over 300 resisdents joined us on Saturday, July 10th for an authentic Hawaiian dinner, coupled with a night of entertainment including games (such as the hula hoop and coconut passing contest) with plenty of gift cards and great prizes to win!!! We ended the evening with an elegant hula and fire dance accompanied by live drumming! It was a delightful night with neighbors and friends; we were so happy to see so many of our wonderful residents at our Luau, we can't wait to do it again next year!

Congratulations to Nikki and Jake Clarkson on the birth of their beautiful daughter, Addison!

Addison Elizabeth Clarkson was born December 24, 2009. The little cutie was 7lbs, 15oz and is growing bigger every day! Congratulations on being a Mommy, Nikki!

Movie Night AND Wine & Cheese Sampling March 26th!

There's something for everyone on Friday, March 26th at The Reserve at 4S Ranch's Main Clubhouse! By popular demand, we're again combining our Friday Night PJ Party in the Screening Room with a Wine & Cheese Tasting event upstairs in the Main Clubhouse.

Movie Night/PJ Party: Come in your PJ's, bring your friends and get ready to eat as much POPCORN & CANDY as your tummy can handle! We'll showing Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs. Don't be late! The Movie will begin at 6:00pm!

Wine & Cheese Sampling: During the same hours of 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. enjoy getting to know your neighbors at our Wine & Cheese tasting event upstairs in the main clubhouse. Enjoy sampling an assortment of wines and cheeses this evening while socializing and getting to know others in the community. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Community Wide Garage Sale & Resident Breakfast April 3rd!

Attention Reserve Residents! Do you have the spring cleaning bug? On Saturday, April 3, 2010 from 8:00am - 10:00am we'll be hosting a community-wide garage sale for all Reserve residents!

One week before the Garage Sale, The Reserve staff will begin posting Craigslist ad's for our community sale. At 7:00am on Saturday, March 3rd the team will post signs directing shoppers to our community and from 8:00am to 10:00am get ready to participate in our annual event!

If you would like to participate, please send an e-mail to

reserve@sares-regis.com and let us know your garage number and that you would like to participate in the sale. On the morning of March 3rd, we'll be at the front entry of our community with coffee, cookies and maps directing traffic to the general locations of participating residents!

Not planning on participating in the sale? We still have something for you! We're hosting a resident continental breakfast upstairs in the main clubhouse from 8:00-10:00am on April 3rd to help everyone warm up on the cool spring morning! Stop in for a quick visit, we're looking forward to seeing you!
